The skype visit with author Jordan Sonnenblick was amazing! He offered such an interesting insight to the characters in Drums, Girls and Dangerous Pie. We found out that Mr. Sonnenblick was a former language arts teacher and wrote this story for one of his students who had a younger brother with cancer.
The library has extra copies of the sequel, After Ever After. All students are welcomed to join another book discussion of the Drums, Girls and Dangerous Pie and Ever After Ever on Tuesday, March 13th.
