1:1 Initiative

 

We envision an environment for Summit Public Schools that integrates technology into the everyday lives and education of our staff and students to facilitate learning, problem solving and communication. This integration will include the schools, central office, the community, and ultimately the world. The technical environment should be easily and equitably accessible, upgradeable and adaptable.

 

As a result, students will be able to easily make the transition to college or the workforce with the skills necessary to be successful. Their ability to use technology for research and problem solving will enable them to be life-long learners and  to adjust to the changing demands of the real world.
