Goal 1: Prioritize the safety and wellness of our students and staff to support healthy, balanced, and productive learning environments.

Goal 2: Sustain an educational community that values and supports a culture of belonging for all stakeholders throughout the district.

Goal 3: Create systems that provide opportunities for consistent feedback and collaboration with all stakeholders in an effort to support the district’s mission.

Goal 4: Connect educational opportunities to the real-world through inquiry and project-based learning that develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Goal 5: Develop and implement a financial plan to address the district’s facility, educational, and staffing needs.
