The Summit Public Schools will hold a Parent Workshop on Thursday, January 25, 2018, called "Effective Behavioral Supports in the Home for Grades 5-12." This workshop will help parents to identify problem behaviors, understand causes and functions of behaviors, and will provide parents with positive behavior supports and strategies to be utilized in the home.
This is the second of three workshops, in the Social Emotional Series for parents, and ALL parents are welcome. The workshop will be held at Brayton Elementary School, 89 Tulip Street, beginning at 7pm. The presenter, Helena Branco, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The next workshop in the series is scheduled for March 14th at 7pm in the Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School Library.
