If your student is having issues with his/her Chromebook during the school year, here is how to request support:
Students Who Receive In- Person Instruction
1. Student takes Chromebook to Computer Lab aka "The Fish Bowl" in the Library (any stickers that a student would like to keep need to be removed by the student before being brought to "The Fish Bowl")
2. Student will speak to and turn in Chromebook to Ms. Smith, Ms. Thomas or Ms. Doherty to have the Chromebook swapped.
3. Student checks back in The Fish Bowl at the end of the school day to pick up repaired Chromebook if the student is not called down during the day to retrieve it.*
Please Note: It is the student's responsibility to check back to The Fish Bowl to pick up his/her repaired Chromebook. Most Chromebook repairs are completed by the end of the school day they were submitted on.
Students Who Receive Full Remote Instruction
If you are a fully remote student please contact problem@summit.k12.nj.us
Instructions will be sent to you from the Technology Department on how to have your Chromebook swapped.
